Pumpkin Dosa
Ingredients
- 200 gms Boiled Rice
- 200 gms Raw Rice
- 2 small pieces Pumpkin
- Salt to taste

Preparation
- Soak boiled rice and raw rice separately in water for about 4 hours.
- Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces.

Grinding the Batter
- Grind the pumpkin pieces first into a smooth paste.
- Add soaked rice and grind together to form a smooth dosa batter.
- Add salt and mix well.

Fermentation (Optional)
- Allow the batter to rest for 6–8 hours or overnight for better flavor (optional).

Making the Dosa
- Heat a dosa tawa and lightly grease it.
- Pour a ladleful of batter and spread into a thin circle.
- Cook until crisp and golden on one side, then flip if needed.

Serving
- Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
Serving Suggestion
Pumpkin Dosa tastes great with coconut chutney, tomato chutney, or sambar for breakfast.
