Musti Dosa
A soft, fluffy, and mildly tangy dosa made from a coconut-rich fermented batter.
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw rice
- 1/2 cup urad dal
- 1 tbsp methi seeds
- 1 cup poha
- 1/2 cup fresh grated coconut
- Salt as per taste

Prepare the Batter
- Soak rice, urad dal, and methi seeds together for 2 hours.
- Grind them with grated coconut.
- When half-ground, add washed and soaked poha.
- Grind again to a fine, thick batter.

Fermentation
- Add salt and mix well.
- Keep the batter aside for 6–8 hours to ferment.

Make the Dosa
- Preheat a non-stick tawa and pour a ladle of batter.
- Spread to medium thickness.
- Cook on one side only until done.
- Serve hot with onion coconut chutney.
