Jaggery Dosa
Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 cup jaggery
- 1/2 coconut, grated
- 5–6 cardamoms, powdered
- Ghee as required
Method
- Heat 2 cups of water in a vessel, add jaggery, and stir until fully dissolved.
- Remove from the stove and let it cool slightly.
- Add wheat flour, rice flour, grated coconut, and cardamom powder. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
- Heat a tawa, pour a ladleful of batter slightly thick, and drizzle ghee on top.
- Cook on medium flame until light red, flipping gently to cook both sides.
- Serve warm.
