Mango Pudding

A creamy, fruity dessert made with mango, paneer, cream, and gelatin for a smooth, rich finish.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup mango pulp
  2. 1 cup cottage cheese
  3. 1 cup cream
  4. 1 tbsp gelatin
  5. 1/4 cup water
  6. 1/2 cup sugar
  7. 1 cup mango cubes
  8. Cream and cherries for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the gelatin

    • Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
    • Keep it aside to bloom.
  2. Blend the mixture

    • In a mixer, blend mango pulp, cottage cheese, cream, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Combine and set

    • Mix the blended mixture with the dissolved gelatin in a bowl.
    • Refrigerate the mixture until fully set.
  4. Garnish and serve

    • Top with mango cubes, cream, and cherries.
    • Serve immediately.
