Peanut Pakodi
Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanuts
- 1/4 cup Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds, crushed
- 1 tbsp Oil (for coating)
- A pinch Citric Acid
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup Water
- Oil for deep frying

Preparation
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients except peanuts to form a smooth batter.
- Add peanuts to the mixture and coat them evenly.

Frying
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium flame.
- Drop spoonfuls of the coated peanuts into the hot oil.
- Fry until they turn light brown and crisp.
- Drain on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
- Separate any peanuts stuck together.

- Serve hot as a snack.
- Once cooled, store in an airtight container for later use.
