Poha Roll
Crispy and delicious Poha Rolls made with mashed potatoes, flattened rice, and spices.

Ingredients
- 30 gms Poha (Flattened Rice)
- 100 gms Potato (boiled & mashed)
- 2 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
- 20 gms Roasted Peanuts (coarsely ground)
- 1/4 tsp Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Maida (for slurry)
- Salt to taste
- Few Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- Oil for deep frying

Preparation
- Boil, peel, and mash the potatoes.
- Rinse poha in a strainer and keep aside for a few minutes to soften.
- Coarsely grind roasted peanuts.
- Chop green chillies and coriander leaves finely.

Making the Filling
- In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, softened poha, peanuts, green chillies, coriander leaves, amchur powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, and salt.
- Mix well to form a uniform dough-like mixture.

Shaping the Rolls
- Divide the mixture into equal portions.
- Shape into cylindrical rolls or desired shapes.

Coating & Frying
- Prepare a slurry using maida and a little water.
- Dip each roll in the slurry and coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil and deep fry the rolls until golden brown and crisp.

Serving
- Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup.
