Mini Vegetable Pizzas

Soft mini pizzas topped with colourful veggies, cheese, and herbs—perfect for a quick snack.

Ingredients

  1. **Dough Ingredients

    • 1½ cup maida
    • 2 tsp dry yeast
    • Warm water as needed
    • 1 tsp oil
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ½ tsp sugar
  2. **Topping Base

    • ½ cup pasta sauce
    • 1 cup grated cheese
  3. **Seasoning & Veggies

    • Red chilli flakes as needed
    • ½ tsp oregano
    • Mixed veggies (carrot, onion, capsicum, tomato) as needed

Instructions

  1. **Activate and prepare the dough

    • Mix yeast, salt, and sugar in warm water and rest for 10 minutes.
    • Place flour in a bowl, make a dent in the center, and pour the yeast mixture.
    • Knead into a soft dough, add oil, and cover it.
    • Allow it to rise for 30 minutes until doubled in size.
  2. **Shape the mini pizzas

    • Roll out the dough on a flat surface.
    • Cut small rounds using a lid.
    • Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. **Assemble and bake

    • Spread pasta sauce on each base.
    • Add grated cheese and assorted chopped veggies.
    • Sprinkle salt, oregano, and chilli flakes.
    • Bake at 170°C for 10–12 minutes.
    • Serve hot mini vegetable pizzas.
