Mini Vegetable Pizzas
Soft mini pizzas topped with colourful veggies, cheese, and herbs—perfect for a quick snack.
Ingredients

**Dough Ingredients
- 1½ cup maida
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- Warm water as needed
- 1 tsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar

**Topping Base
- ½ cup pasta sauce
- 1 cup grated cheese

**Seasoning & Veggies
- Red chilli flakes as needed
- ½ tsp oregano
- Mixed veggies (carrot, onion, capsicum, tomato) as needed
Instructions

**Activate and prepare the dough
- Mix yeast, salt, and sugar in warm water and rest for 10 minutes.
- Place flour in a bowl, make a dent in the center, and pour the yeast mixture.
- Knead into a soft dough, add oil, and cover it.
- Allow it to rise for 30 minutes until doubled in size.

**Shape the mini pizzas
- Roll out the dough on a flat surface.
- Cut small rounds using a lid.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

**Assemble and bake
- Spread pasta sauce on each base.
- Add grated cheese and assorted chopped veggies.
- Sprinkle salt, oregano, and chilli flakes.
- Bake at 170°C for 10–12 minutes.
- Serve hot mini vegetable pizzas.
