Paneer Sandwich 2
Ingredients
- 100 gms Paneer (sliced)
- 2 Bread Slices
- Butter as required
- A pinch of Dried Mango Powder (Amchur)
- A pinch of Red Chilli Powder
- A pinch of Black Salt

Preparation
- Cut paneer into thin slices.
- Keep bread slices ready.
- Measure and keep all spices aside.

Sautéing the Paneer
- Heat butter in a pan on medium flame.
- Add paneer slices and sauté lightly.
- Sprinkle dried mango powder, red chilli powder, and black salt.
- Sauté for a few minutes until paneer is lightly golden and well coated with spices.

Assembling the Sandwich
- Place the sautéed paneer slices evenly on one bread slice.
- Cover with the second bread slice.

Toasting
- Toast the sandwich on a pan or in a toaster until the bread turns crisp and golden brown.

Serving
- Remove from heat.
- Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
