Paneer Sandwich 2

Ingredients

  • 100 gms Paneer (sliced)
  • 2 Bread Slices
  • Butter as required
  • A pinch of Dried Mango Powder (Amchur)
  • A pinch of Red Chilli Powder
  • A pinch of Black Salt
  1. Preparation

    • Cut paneer into thin slices.
    • Keep bread slices ready.
    • Measure and keep all spices aside.
  2. Sautéing the Paneer

    • Heat butter in a pan on medium flame.
    • Add paneer slices and sauté lightly.
    • Sprinkle dried mango powder, red chilli powder, and black salt.
    • Sauté for a few minutes until paneer is lightly golden and well coated with spices.
  3. Assembling the Sandwich

    • Place the sautéed paneer slices evenly on one bread slice.
    • Cover with the second bread slice.
  4. Toasting

    • Toast the sandwich on a pan or in a toaster until the bread turns crisp and golden brown.
  5. Serving

    • Remove from heat.
    • Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
