Paneer Sandwich 1
Ingredients
- 1 loaf Bread
- 1/2 cup Grated Paneer
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- Butter as required

Preparation
- Finely chop onion, tomato, and green chillies.
- Grate the paneer if not already grated.
- In a bowl, mix paneer with chopped vegetables, salt, and red chilli powder.

Assembling the Sandwich
- Take two bread slices and spread butter evenly on one side of each slice.
- Place a generous amount of paneer mixture on the buttered side of one slice.
- Cover with the second slice, buttered side facing inward if desired.

Toasting
- Place the sandwich in a sandwich toaster or grill.
- Toast until the bread turns golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Serving
- Remove from the toaster.
- Cut into halves or triangles.
- Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
