Paneer Sandwich 1

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Bread
  • 1/2 cup Grated Paneer
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter as required
  1. Preparation

    • Finely chop onion, tomato, and green chillies.
    • Grate the paneer if not already grated.
    • In a bowl, mix paneer with chopped vegetables, salt, and red chilli powder.
  2. Assembling the Sandwich

    • Take two bread slices and spread butter evenly on one side of each slice.
    • Place a generous amount of paneer mixture on the buttered side of one slice.
    • Cover with the second slice, buttered side facing inward if desired.
  3. Toasting

    • Place the sandwich in a sandwich toaster or grill.
    • Toast until the bread turns golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  4. Serving

    • Remove from the toaster.
    • Cut into halves or triangles.
    • Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
