Chick Peas Fondue
Chickpeas fondue is a delicious and hearty dish that combines the creaminess of melted cheese with the nuttiness of chickpeas.
Ingredients:
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Gruyère, Emmental, or Swiss cheese)
- 1 cup vegetable broth or water
