Peas and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1/4 kg Shelled Peas
- 1/4 kg Mushrooms
- 1 Small Capsicum
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1 Clove Garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation
- Slice the onion finely and cut the capsicum into thin strips.
- Crush the garlic.

Cooking the Vegetables
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium flame.
- Sauté mushrooms, capsicum, and onion until slightly tender.
- Add crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and chilli powder. Mix well.
- Add fresh sweet peas and cook on low heat until tender.

- Serve hot with creamed potatoes or as a side dish.
