Pesarat Dosa
Ingredients
- 1 cup Moong Dal
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 2–3 Green Chillies
- Salt to taste

Preparation
- Soak moong dal in plenty of water for 4–5 hours.
- Drain the water and grind the dal in a mixer along with cumin seeds, salt, and water as required to get a smooth batter suitable for dosa.

Making the Dosa
- Heat a non-stick pan or dosa tawa.
- Pour a ladle of batter and spread it evenly to form a thin dosa.
- Cook on medium flame until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.

Notes & Tips
- In India, you can grind moong dal and cumin seeds dry from a local dry grinder and store in an airtight container.
- Whenever you want to prepare dosa, just mix the dry powder with water and salt to make the batter.
