Plum Jam
Ingredients
- 250 gms Plums
- 250 gms Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Citric Acid
- 3 cups Water

Preparation
- Wash the plums thoroughly and remove the seeds.

Cooking the Plums
- Cook the plums with water on low flame until tender.
- Pass the cooked plums through a sieve to obtain a smooth pulp.

Making the Jam
- Add sugar and citric acid to the plum pulp.
- Cook on low flame, stirring frequently, until the jam reaches the setting consistency.

Cooling & Storage
- Switch off the flame and allow the jam to cool slightly.
- Pour into a clean, dry jar and seal tightly.
- Store in a cool, dry place.

- Use as a spread for bread, toast, or crackers.
