Mint Chutney

A refreshing, tangy, and spicy chutney made with fresh mint, perfect for snacks and meals.

Ingredients

  1. 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
  2. 2 green chillies
  3. 1 tbsp tamarind pulp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Little water

Instructions

  1. **Prepare tamarind pulp

    • Soak a small piece of tamarind in water for 2 hours.
    • Strain the soaked tamarind using a spoon to extract the pulp.
    • Add a little water to adjust consistency and make tamarind juice.
    • Readymade tamarind pulp can also be used.
  2. **Prepare the mint mix

    • Wash the mint leaves thoroughly.
    • Grind mint leaves, green chillies, salt, and tamarind juice into a smooth paste.
  3. **Adjust consistency

    • Add a little water if the chutney turns too thick.
