Mint Chutney
A refreshing, tangy, and spicy chutney made with fresh mint, perfect for snacks and meals.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tbsp tamarind pulp
- Salt to taste
- Little water
Instructions

**Prepare tamarind pulp
- Soak a small piece of tamarind in water for 2 hours.
- Strain the soaked tamarind using a spoon to extract the pulp.
- Add a little water to adjust consistency and make tamarind juice.
- Readymade tamarind pulp can also be used.

**Prepare the mint mix
- Wash the mint leaves thoroughly.
- Grind mint leaves, green chillies, salt, and tamarind juice into a smooth paste.

- Add a little water if the chutney turns too thick.
