Mint Chutney with Tamarind
A tangy and refreshing chutney blending mint, green chillies, and tamarind.
Ingredients
- Handful of Mint Leaves
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1/4 cup Tamarind
- Salt to taste

**Prepare the mint and chillies
- Add mint leaves and green chillies to a grinder.
- Grind them into a smooth, fine paste.

**Extract tamarind pulp
- Soak the tamarind in 1/2 cup of hot water for 15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve to extract smooth pulp.

**Combine and finish
- Add the tamarind pulp to the ground mint–chilli paste.
- Mix in salt and blend well until everything is evenly combined.
