Mint Chutney with Tamarind

A tangy and refreshing chutney blending mint, green chillies, and tamarind.

Ingredients

  1. Handful of Mint Leaves
  2. 2 Green Chillies
  3. 1/4 cup Tamarind
  4. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. **Prepare the mint and chillies

    • Add mint leaves and green chillies to a grinder.
    • Grind them into a smooth, fine paste.
  2. **Extract tamarind pulp

    • Soak the tamarind in 1/2 cup of hot water for 15 minutes.
    • Strain the mixture through a sieve to extract smooth pulp.
  3. **Combine and finish

    • Add the tamarind pulp to the ground mint–chilli paste.
    • Mix in salt and blend well until everything is evenly combined.
