Peanut Chutney
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Peanuts
- 2–3 Green Chillies (adjust to taste)
- A few Coriander Leaves
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- Salt to taste
- Sugar or Jaggery as per taste
- Lemon Juice (for serving)

Preparation
- Soak peanuts in a little water for 30 minutes.
- Shell the peanuts and keep aside.
- Chop green chillies and coriander leaves.

Making the Chutney
- Blend peanuts, green chillies, and coriander leaves into a smooth paste.
- Add cumin powder, salt, and sugar or jaggery. Blend again until well combined.

Serving
- Add a little lemon juice just before serving.
- Serve fresh with idli, dosa, or snacks.
