Ingredients
For the Chutney:
- 125 grams curd (yogurt)
- 3 green chillies
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
- 1 level tablespoon amchoor (dry mango powder)
- Salt – to taste
Method
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Finely grind the green chillies and mint leaves to a paste.
- Beat the curd until smooth and lump-free.
Step 2: Mix and Serve
- Combine the ground chilli-mint paste with the curd.
- Add amchoor and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly.
- Serve immediately with fried items like pakoras, cutlets, or samosas.
