Curd Chutney

Ingredients

For the Chutney:

  • 125 grams curd (yogurt)
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
  • 1 level tablespoon amchoor (dry mango powder)
  • Salt – to taste

Method

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Finely grind the green chillies and mint leaves to a paste.
  2. Beat the curd until smooth and lump-free.

Step 2: Mix and Serve

  1. Combine the ground chilli-mint paste with the curd.
  2. Add amchoor and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Serve immediately with fried items like pakoras, cutlets, or samosas.

Serving Suggestion

  • Best served chilled as a side with fried snacks or spicy rice dishes.
