Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 Potatoes (boiled)
  • 1/2 cup Green Peas (boiled)
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • 1 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 1 tsp Sour Curd
  • Salt to taste
  1. Preparation

    • Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into medium-sized cubes.
  2. Mixing the Salad

    • In a mixing bowl, add potato cubes and boiled green peas.
    • Add sour cream, chopped coriander leaves, green chilli, mustard powder, sour curd, and salt.
  3. Combining

    • Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined and evenly coated.
  4. Serving

    • Serve immediately or chill for a short while before serving.
  5. Note

    • If sour curd is not available, lime juice can be used as a substitute.
