Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 7 tsp salted butter
- 3 tsp flour
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 6 tsp vinegar
- 9 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp red chili pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Stir in the flour and mix well.
