Paneer Paratha
Ingredients
- 100 gms Paneer (grated)
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- Small piece of Ginger (grated)
- 1–2 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilli Powder
- Garam Masala as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Ajwain (optional)
- Butter or Oil for frying
- Whole wheat flour (for dough)

**Preparing the Dough

Take whole wheat flour in a bowl.

Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough, similar to roti or Paratha dough.

Cover and keep aside for 15–20 minutes.

**Preparing the Paneer Stuffing

Take grated paneer in a mixing bowl.

Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, grated ginger, and chopped green chillies.

Add red chilli powder, garam masala, and ajwain.

Mix everything well.
-
Add salt only at the time of making Parathas to avoid moisture.

**Shaping the Paratha

Divide the dough into equal medium-sized balls.

Roll two balls into small chapatis.

Place paneer stuffing evenly on one chapati.

Cover with the second chapati and seal the edges.

Roll gently into a Paratha.

**Cooking the Paratha

Heat a tawa on medium flame.

Place the rolled Paratha on the hot tawa.

Cook until bubbles appear, then flip.

Spread butter or oil on one side.
-
Flip again, apply butter or oil on the other side, and cook on low heat.

Cook until both sides are golden brown.

**Serving

Serve paneer Paratha hot.

Enjoy with curd, pickle, or your favorite chutney.
