Bhel Puri

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups puffed rice (murmura)

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves (optional)

  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons raw mango (kachcha aam) or tamarind chutney
  • 2 tablespoons green chutney (coriander-mint chutney)
  • 1 tablespoon chaat masala
  • 1 tablespoon roasted cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice, chopped onions, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, cilantro, mint leaves, roasted peanuts, and green chilies.
  2. Add Chutneys and Spices:

    • Drizzle the raw mango or tamarind chutney and green chutney over the mixture.
    • Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and salt over the ingredients.
  3. Mix Well:
