Mixed Fruit Raita
A refreshing, creamy, and mildly sweet raita made with fresh curd and assorted fruits.
Ingredients
- 2 cups curd
- 3 bananas
- 1 small pineapple
- 2 apples
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
Instructions

Prepare the curd base
- Whisk the curd well until smooth.
- Add salt, sugar, and black pepper powder.
- If the curd is too thick, add little milk or water to adjust consistency.

Add the fruits
- Chop bananas, pineapple, apples, and mango into small cubes.
- Add all the chopped fruits and pomegranate seeds to the curd mixture.

Finish and garnish
- Mix everything gently.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and extra pomegranate seeds.
