Mixed Fruit Raita

A refreshing, creamy, and mildly sweet raita made with fresh curd and assorted fruits.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups curd
  2. 3 bananas
  3. 1 small pineapple
  4. 2 apples
  5. 1 ripe mango
  6. 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  7. Chopped coriander leaves
  8. Sugar to taste
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Black pepper powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the curd base

    • Whisk the curd well until smooth.
    • Add salt, sugar, and black pepper powder.
    • If the curd is too thick, add little milk or water to adjust consistency.
  2. Add the fruits

    • Chop bananas, pineapple, apples, and mango into small cubes.
    • Add all the chopped fruits and pomegranate seeds to the curd mixture.
  3. Finish and garnish

    • Mix everything gently.
    • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and extra pomegranate seeds.
