Paneer Subji in Microwave
Ingredients
- 200 gms Paneer (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
- 1 Capsicum (cut into thin long strips)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 5–6 Garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 3/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander (Dhania) Powder
- Salt to taste

Preparation
- Cut paneer into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Slice capsicum into thin long strips.
- Crush the garlic cloves.

Preparing the Masala Base
- Heat oil in a small frying pan on medium flame.
- Add crushed garlic and sauté until aromatic.
- Add tomato puree, salt, sugar, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.
- Mix well and cook for a minute.

Adding Capsicum
- Add sliced capsicum to the masala.
- Sauté for 1 minute until slightly softened yet crunchy.

Adding Paneer & Microwaving
- Add paneer cubes and mix gently to coat with the masala.
- Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave uncovered on High for 3 minutes.

Serving
- Carefully remove from the microwave.
- Serve hot with roti or steamed rice.
