Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 ounces diced pimentos (drained)
  • ½ teaspoon dried mustard

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Cheeses:

    • In a mixing bowl, beat the shredded cheddar and softened cream cheese together with an electric mixer for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the Base:

    • Add mayonnaise and continue mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. Season:

    • Stir in garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and dried mustard. Mix well to combine the flavors.
  4. Add Pimentos:

    • Fold in the diced pimentos and mix gently until evenly distributed.
  5. Chill and Serve:

    • Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before serving for the best texture and flavor.
