Homemade Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 ounces diced pimentos (drained)
  • 1/2 tsp dried mustard

Method

  1. With an electric mixer, beat the cheddar cheese and cream cheese together for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and dried mustard.
  4. Add the diced pimentos and mix until combined.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 10–15 minutes before serving.
