Coffee Lemon Jelly Pudding

A refreshing and creamy dessert made with lemon jelly, coffee, and cream — perfect for a chilled treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp coffee
  • 1 packet lemon jelly
  • 2 cups fresh cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Method

  1. Boil 2 cups of water and dissolve the jelly in it.
  2. Once properly mixed, remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. Pour some of the jelly into a tin and refrigerate until set.
  4. Mix coffee into the remaining jelly and refrigerate it separately.
  5. Grind the sugar and blend it with the cream.
  6. Add the coffee jelly mixture to the cream-sugar blend.
  7. Spread this mixture over the lemon jelly already set in the tin and refrigerate again until firm.
  8. Serve chilled once fully set.
