Coffee Lemon Jelly Pudding
A refreshing and creamy dessert made with lemon jelly, coffee, and cream — perfect for a chilled treat.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp coffee
- 1 packet lemon jelly
- 2 cups fresh cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
Method
- Boil 2 cups of water and dissolve the jelly in it.
- Once properly mixed, remove from heat and let it cool.
- Pour some of the jelly into a tin and refrigerate until set.
- Mix coffee into the remaining jelly and refrigerate it separately.
- Grind the sugar and blend it with the cream.
- Add the coffee jelly mixture to the cream-sugar blend.
- Spread this mixture over the lemon jelly already set in the tin and refrigerate again until firm.
- Serve chilled once fully set.
