Chinese Fried Vegetables

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:

    • Wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Keep them ready.
  2. Heat the Oil:

    • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Stir-Fry the Aromatics:

    • Add minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn them.

  6. Garnish and Serve:

    • Once the vegetables are cooked and coated with the sauce, remove the skillet from heat.
    • Transfer the Chinese fried vegetables to a serving dish.
    • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
