Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup paneer (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 6–7 dates (pitted)
  • 6 canned peaches
  • 6 strawberries
  • 6 figs
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts (roasted)
  • 1/4 cup corn (cooked or raw)
  • 1/4 bunch lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • 2 tsp green chutney
  • 1 tsp tomato chutney
  • 1 bowl sev mixture

Instructions

  • Prepare the base layer: In a mixing bowl, combine mashed paneer, mayonnaise, cooked or raw corn, chopped lettuce, and green chutney. Mix thoroughly to form a creamy and flavorful base. Spread this mixture evenly as the first layer in a flat serving bowl.

  • Prepare the fruit and nut layer: Chop the dates, peaches, strawberries, and figs into bite-sized pieces. In a separate bowl, combine these chopped fruits with tomato chutney and roasted cashew nuts. Mix gently to ensure even distribution.

  • Layer the fruits over the base: Carefully spoon the fruit and nut mixture over the prepared paneer and vegetable base, spreading evenly to cover the first layer completely.
