Idli Upma
Ingredients
- 3 left-over idlis
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp urad dal
- 1/2 tsp channa dal
- 1 green chilli
- 1 onion
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Crumble the left-over idlis.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal.
- When they crackle and dal turns golden brown, add green chilli, onion and curry leaves.
- Sauté until the onion turns pink.
- Add salt, red chilli powder and the crumbled idlis.
- Mix well and serve hot.
