Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • A few dashes of hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup and horseradish.
  2. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Stir in hot sauce if using, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well blended.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
