Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- A few dashes of hot sauce (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup and horseradish.
- Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir in hot sauce if using, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix thoroughly until smooth and well blended.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
