Cocktail Sauce
A zesty and tangy Cocktail Sauce recipe — a classic condiment made with ketchup, horseradish, and lemon juice, perfect for serving with shrimp, seafood, or party appetizers.
Ingredients
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- A few dashes of hot sauce (optional)
- Salt – to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Method
Step 1: Mix the Base
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the ketchup and horseradish.
- Stir well to combine evenly.
Step 2: Add Flavor Enhancers
- Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
