Aa Dinagalu

Aa Dinagalu is set against the 1980s Bangalore underworld dominated by rival dons Kotwal Ramachandra and Jayaraj. Chetan, the wealthy son of businessman Girish Nayak, falls in love with Mallika, a dance teacher, but his father disapproves on caste and social grounds. To break them apart, Girish secretly hires Kotwal, who threatens Chetan and Mallika. When Chetan learns of his father’s involvement, he grows furious and turns to Kotwal’s rival Jayaraj for help, slowly slipping into the underworld. After a violent incident at Kanishka Hotel tarnishes his name and Kotwal’s loyal aide betrays him, Kotwal is killed, forcing Girish to repent and finally accept Chetan’s relationship with Mallika, who then marry and start a peaceful life.
